Located just off Douglas promenade, the hotel is arranged in two buildings with patio area in between.

Reception, dining room and bar are in the main red building. The cream building has rooms with higher floors enjoying panoramic views across Douglas bay.

There is unrestricted street parking and the hotel is well located with good bus connections and most facilities within easy walking distance.
